Another Inspection Needed

Our closing date has been postponed again. We found out that due to some verbage on the title due to the previous owners type of loan that they defaulted on we are required to have a complete home inspection despite the fact that we are going to re-do just about all mechanicals, electrical and plumbing in the house.

It has been a stressful week but the bank has told us that this is the last step before closing and there will not be any more surprises. I will try not to hold my breath on this one but keep praying.
